You can request deletion of your ABT Ride account and associated personal information through either method below.
Request through the app
Sign in to ABT Ride, open Account, and select Request account deletion. Confirm your request. Finish any active ride before requesting deletion.
Request by email
Email support@abticonsulting.com with the subject ABT Ride account deletion request.
Include the email address registered to your ABT Ride account and whether you are a rider or driver. You can use this method without reinstalling the app. Do not send your password or payment-card details.
What happens next
We may verify account ownership before processing your request. Your account remains available while the request is pending.
We will delete your account and associated personal information, subject to records needed for legal obligations or unresolved trip disputes and safety issues. If we retain records, we will explain what is retained, why, and the applicable retention period when responding.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
